These books are absolutely stunning. Really love them, but shipping to Australia is horrendous, and I know that its not easy as a small business to necessarily be able to find the time or partnerships to offer better options, but when shipping costs almost as much as the books, I expect much better packaging. Unfortunately my Iron Flame came with crushed edges and left me extremely disappointed. To the point where I don't know if I'll finished getting the rest of them as they're released as I'm worried about the same thing happening.
To clarify, I did not reach out about this, so can't comment on how they'd have responded, and maybe I should have but I'm getting sick of companies doing this and over having to connect once a book arrives
