Cancellation window: Please email us within 24hrs of placing your order to request to cancel your order for your money back. If your request is after the 24hr window, we can only process your refund as store credit to be applied to future orders.

SALES: Please note that sales are only applicable for the day of the sale. We may not be able to refund the difference on an order after the sale date.

Exchanges/Damages window: Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, small defects may occasionally occur. This is a normal part of the intricate customization process, and we strive to minimize these imperfections as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

**Refund/Return/Replacement Process:**

- Contact our in-house customer service team at contact@acrylipics.com with a statement detailing why you would like to cancel/refund/return your order.

- Please ensure to provide your order number or the name the order was placed under.

**Non-Refundable Items:**

- While we strive to accommodate all returns, gift cards and other downloadable software products are non-refundable.

5. **Shipping Costs:**

- We understand that shipping costs can be a burden. Because of this, we will cover the return shipping costs for all US orders. For international orders who wish to return, we will cover 50% of the shipping costs to return the package to us so long as the customer agrees to cover the remaining 50%.

- Beware of 3rd Party Carriers. We ship our international orders exclusively through USPS and UPS directly to our customers. If you use a 3rd party carrier and they loss or damage your package, we are not liable for 3rd party carriers losing or damaging your order.

The pictures are so vibrant with color. I only like a few of the scenes. I wish we could buy separately so I didn't have to waste money on the ones I didn't really like. They don't make any for the Collector's edition so I just purchased the us standard edition and they fit good. No overhang which I'm so glad.
