Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations Policy

 

Cancellation window: Please email us within 24hrs of placing your order to request to cancel your order for your money back. If your request is after the 24hr window, we can only process your refund as store credit to be applied to future orders. Also, refunds will only be for product cost. We will not refund any shipping costs.

SALES: Please note that sales are only applicable for the day of the sale. We may not be able to refund the difference on an order after the sale date. 

Exchanges/Damages window: Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, small defects may occasionally occur. This is a normal part of the intricate customization process, and we strive to minimize these imperfections as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

**Refund/Return/Replacement Process:**

- Contact our in-house customer service team at contact@acrylipics.com with a statement detailing why you would like to cancel/refund/return your order. 

  • Please ensure to provide your order number or the name the order was placed under. 

**Non-Refundable Items:**

  • While we strive to accommodate all returns, gift cards and other downloadable software products are non-refundable.
