Returns & Refunds Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your products for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
– Custom Items can only be returned for damage or mistakes made by The Hilts Company.
– Returns cannot be made for poor quality or resolution of photos that customer uploaded, or for mistakes that customer has made during order process.
– Our printers are calibrated to nationally-accepted color profiles. All of our products are printed in CMYK and our printers utilize a 7-color printing process, so you will almost always get true color results. In rare cases, some colors might have some variation. This will not be considered a production error. We will not issue refunds, nor accept returns for misunderstandings due to hue, color, depth, or tone. We are not responsible for differences, between the appearance of the product on your screen and the final printed piece.
– To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please explain why you want to return or exchange your products.
- We will answer your email within 24 hours or sooner.
- Once we have approved your return, please re-pack your items in the original packaging and send back to us:
– Once we receive your returned items, you will receive your refund or store credit within 24 hours or your replacement product within one week.
– Your are responsible only for return shipping fees. We will pay for re-shipping your replacement products.
