Theyโ€™re pretty but the quality just isnโ€™t there

I do want to preference these editions are pretty, but my biggest complaint is the quality. The art shown in the digital mockups are beautiful and bright. I know the physical versions are going to differ but the art is dark and a little blurry, same with the sprayed edges. The custom packaging is awesome, however due to the design on the box when itโ€™s being closed/packaged it damages the corners of the books and the dust jackets.

It would be nice to have them TO REVIEW

In. In November, I ordered the Crescent city series for my daughterโ€˜s Christmas gift. When they hadnโ€™t arrived by December 19, I emailed inquiring as to when they will ship. I received a quick reply explaining that they would be shipped after Christmas. It is currently January 12 and still no email stating they have been shipped. If my daughter didnโ€™t want these so badly, I would cancel the order.!!
My son-in-law ordered the TOG series for her and received them within two weeks of his order and they are gorgeous. I do not understand why itโ€™s taking so long to receive a series containing three books.! if we ever receive this order, I will update my review

The books are Very Good

The books are Very Nice/ Good... Unfortunately Acrylipics don't know how to use the proper codes for VAT (I'm in the UK) so got charged almost ยฃ100 for something that's VAT FREE (I understand there's a small fee for handling etc but that shouldn't be more than ยฃ15) SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED especially since the set is already really expensive for what it is...
