My husband bought this set for me for Christmas, and I'm not overly happy with it. It's fine, I guess, but for the price, I expected better.
The first three books are printed so dark that it's kind of hard to make out much detail unless you are up close. From a distance, they pretty much look black. Also, one of my books arrived damaged, and it took about a month to receive a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the color difference in the printing was shocking to me. The replacement copy was much brighter and cleaner looking. Clearly there are some quality control issues here, so order at your own risk.
I honestly wish we hadn't spent the money on these as I don't think the copy I received was worth it.

I bought these for my 20-year-old daughter. She is a huge fan of the books. She wears the quotes on her skin and reads and rereads the books over and over. The books are visually beautiful, she loves the quotes on the back of each cover and she truly enjoyed the little extras with the bookmarks. I was a little worried to spend the money online as I have been scammed multiple times. Your company sent me reassuring emails and I thank you for that. Overall this was a great experience. My daughter is extremely happy and I look forward to checking out any new stuff.
